The apartment is in easy walking distance of Davis Square and Tufts, in Somerville, MA.

The open room is 12'5"x15'7" and faces east. The closet is 5'x2'6". Rent for the room is $650, plus utilities.
No smoking in the apartment.
Small quiet pets are a possibility (though none currently live here).
