My votes pretty well lined up with the pack, and neither I nor the pack were at all good at distinguishing Atheists from Christians pretending to be Atheists.

Memo: New book store!

For those who have not heard: a book shop has just opened up in Ball Square, on the corner of Josephine and Broadway. Seems to be mostly fiction, and mostly used, though they are happy to order books for you.

Their selection isn't huge, but it's worth a look if you (like I) approve of bricks-and-mortar book stores on principle. I did pick up some Neal Stephenson and Roger Zelazny, but for any given author it's fairly hit-and-miss...
